Finding The Light Counselling Service
We all have times when we need to talk with a person who really listens to us, someone outside our family or social circle – someone “outside” the problem. Someone non-judgmental, keeping our confidence, showing compassion, respect and understanding. If spirituality is important to you, this can also be included in the counselling process. We also offer ASIST Suicide Workshops, training groups in suicide intervention skills.
