What is an ICR/CCR?
In the context of domestic and family violence prevention an integrated community response (ICR) and co-ordinated community response (CCR) group is a local cooperative effort towards resolving issues of domestic and family violence.
What does the Logan ICR/Beaudesert CCR do?
The Logan and Beaudesert Community Response Groups are an active community partnership network. We connect services, give information, provide support structures and share resources to create a stronger net for women and children experiencing domestic and family violence. We get to know each other well, individually and collectively, to better link agencies and services available in the Logan and Beaudesert regions. We make a difference by holding regular group meetings, undertaking community activities and running public events that raise issues and awareness around D&FV that best advocate for our client group.
