SCOPE Regional Service

SCOPE is a Centrecare based service which provides Domestic and Family Violence (D&FV) court support for aggrieved, court information & referral for respondents and offers a faxback program and community education.  SCOPE also provide counselling including group work for women affected by DV and have a  Men’s Group that work towards behavior changes.

Servicing the Maroochydore, Nambour, Caloundra, Maleny, Tewantin, Cooroy and Gympie areas.

“Yoorana” Women’s Domestic Violence & Resource Service Inc.

Yoorana services Maryborough, Hervey Bay and surrounding areas and provides supported accommodated to women and their children escaping domestic and family violence and funded by the Department of Communities.  We also provide counselling, court support, information and referral and auspice  a childrens program in Hervey Bay.   This program is for children aged 4 – 16 years who have witnessed or experienced domestic and family violence and operates in nominated schools.
